Melissa Martens (she/her) is a singer-songwriter and guitarist based in Calgary. Her writing and musical style is most often acoustic pop, with a hint of folk, country and soft rock. Melissa started singing and writing music at a young age, and picked up guitar as a teenager. In 2011, her first six-track EP, Standstill, was released, and in 2022, she released a full length album titled Hindsight.
