Guide: Harpreet M. Dayal is a Calgary-based South Asian author, poet, and interdisciplinary artist focused on using art for healing, community connection, and self-love. She is the founder of the “Love Notes” project, a community-driven initiative started in 2017. She is also known for her work in community engagement, writing workshops, and, as of 2026, pursuing doctoral studies while promoting emotional healing.
