Join us for the eleventh instalment of our workshop series highlighting dance styles from Africa and the Afro-Diaspora since 2017. This is a vibrant celebration and recognition of popular Afro-Diasporic dances, offering participants an opportunity to deepen their understanding of movement, culture, and history through African traditional, street, and social dance forms that continue to shape Calgary’s urban dance landscape.
